Personal Training sessions are fantastic a way to learn new exercises, perfect your technique and build confidence. With each session tailored to your needs and goals, PT sessions are always varied and always suitable for your fitness levels and requirements.

PT sessions include advice on nutrition, exercise to compliment your gym work and lifestyle habits to help keep you happy and healthy!

Our trainers specialise in different areas of health and fitness, when you book your free consultation your can choose the trainer that suits the style of exercise you are looking to do, or if you are unsure we will recommend a match.

The Personal Training Process:

  1. Book your free consultation

    You can choose the trainer or we will advise who will suit you best when speaking with you

  2. Meet in person or online

    We will discuss your exercise history, goals, specific requirements and schedule

  3. Book in your first session

    Either as a one-off or as part of a block of sessions

  4. Create a routine that will keep you committed and on track
