Less than 90 Days until 2026 -it’s not too late!
Hands up if you’ve got the new year fear?
At this time of year, we start to panic about how close we are to another year and what we wanted to achieve. You don’t need to worry! We’ve got you covered on how to make these last couple of months count!
- Review what your goals were- First things first, let’s take it right back to January when we first set those new year goals. What were they? Have we achieved them? Were they realistic? - These are all key questions to consider, if our goal was to lose weight, what do our current measurements say -if we haven’t achieved that what were our barriers?> - Recognising the obstacle of your goal is important as it helps us to overcome them.
2. Take Decisive Action
With only a couple of months to go, now is not the time to hang around and keep thinking things over. It’s the time to take decisive action!
Don’t wait until January to start something as often this is much harder.
If you want to get on track with exercise - book a personal training session or a class
If you wanted to cut down on sugar - remove sugary snacks and food from your house
If you to improve your flexibility - book onto a course of yoga classes
The best way to get on track and start seeing results is to bite the bullet and go for it, once you’ve started, you won’t look back!
3. Don’t get distracted by Christmas too early!
We all know that Christmas starts well before December nowadays, making it much harder for us to stay focused as there are so many distractions.
Don’t be tempted by the selection boxes and the mulled wine.
Don’t buy boxes of mince pies just because they are on offer.
Don’t let all your hard work go to waste!
You don’t need to worry about the end of the year approaching, if anything, this is the best time to get focused as then you can relax over Christmas.
However, starting now means that when you get to January, you want be overcome by new years resolutions and keeping fit and healthy won’t seem so daunting!
